The undersigned is directed to refer to the Ministry of Interior’s 0.M No. F.4/4/2019-R(Punjab) dated 4th November 2022 on the subject noted above and to state that obtaining a prior NOC from this Division is mandatory before making a prescribed kind of recruitment. Moreover, requisite staff with matching qualifications, experience, and grades is not available in the surplus pool for absorption against the reported vacant posts. Therefore, the Ministry of Interior may fill 776x vacant posts of different cadres i.e. 2x Naib Khateeb BPS 11 674x Sepoy General Duty BPS-05 25x Sepoy Cook BPS-05 and 75x Non-Combatant Enrolled S Torker Plumber Car. enter & Painters eh etc. (BPS-01) in HQs Pakistan Rangers (Punjab) under the administrative control of that Ministry as mentioned in the OM under reference in accordance with the approved recruitment rules of the posts subject to completion of all codal formalities and in line with the directions of this Division’s Recruitment Policy dated 22-10-2014 as amended from time to time and mechanism dated 16-01-2015, as amended from time to time.
